“Namya” in Sanskrit means flexibility. This is a quality that is intrinsic to Qigong and a quality that I had to re-learn. This site is dedicated to showing you how you can improve your well being and the quality of your life. Medicine can cure you of symptoms but you need other modalities to give you more energy and keep your mind and body in balance.
