“Namya” in Sanskrit means flexibility. This is a quality that is intrinsic to Qigong and a quality that I truly admire and aspire towards. This site is dedicated to showing you how you can improve your well being and the quality of your life. Medicine may cure you of disease symptoms but may leave you listless and without energy. You need other modalities to return your mind and body to same vigour that you experienced when you were healthy and keep your mind and body in balance.
